Still no luck with the apostrophes!
Today it is snowing. Unbelievable in April but very pretty. It won\'t last long
in London I\'m afraid but some Australian friends who are staying with us are
very excited and have been emailing photographs to their family.
I have had a problem with the man (my nephew actually) who designed this site
and is apparently the only person who can change the Welcome page.
Alas he put in a new paragraph but deleted the other two and forgot to change
the font. By a miracle, I have just found a printout with the missing (very
boring bits) and will try to persuade him to replace them.
In May, I am going to Germany to a big wine festival at Mainz, and then to the
Ahr Valley. This ia a very little visited wine growing area, and I am taking
pictures for an article about it.
I am also going to Morocco, to the High Atlas mountains, with my husband, a driver,
and a four wheel drive vehicle. At some point camels are involved, and a couple
of nights in a Berber tent. I don\'t expect to find any vineyards, although there
are some and I shall drink lots of Moroccan wine, which I will tell you about next time.
June is another month for visiting Germany. My husband has been leading groups to
wine areas for many years and this is to be his swan song. I\'ll tell you more
about that later.
